Commercial Technician - Sittingbourne Ford

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Sittingbourne. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager this position is offered on a full-time hour working contract paying £33,906.00 for a 45-hour working week, Monday – Friday, and Saturday’s on a rota basis paid as overtime.

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
• MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous
• Fantastic verbal and written English skills
• Experience with Commercial vehicles would be advantageous
• Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)

• Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
• Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
• Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
